Robin McLoughlin
Robin built and led marketing and creative teams across in-house and agency environments, supporting organizations operating at local and global scale. Her experience includes building teams from the ground up, evolving team structures and establishing the processes needed to support growth and change.
She brings a hands-on perspective shaped by years of leading global marketing and creative organizations and advising teams as they scale and mature. Robin and Andy Brenits both served on the Board of InSource, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting and developing in-house creative leaders.

Andy Brenits
Andy built and led creative teams at recognizable brands such as Banana Republic, The Gap, the National Football League, KPMG, and Arizona Public Service. Andy was also President of the Board of Directors of InSource, a non-profit professional association for in-house creative leaders. He’s currently serving on the board of directors of the Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce.
He’s an experienced mentor and teacher who has taught at Columbia University, Pratt Institute, MICA, Rowan University, The Art Institute of Phoenix, and Grand Canyon University.
